Become Globalisation Interrupters*
What are our real human needs? What is useful for human life, for collectivity, for meaningful lives and wellbeing? Can a radical transformation be easier than we think and closer than we expect? As Bruno Latour puts it, ‘if we all began on a personal basis to ask such questions on all aspects of our production system, we would become efficient globalisation interrupters’. We can also begin to imagine, begun by our little insignificant gestures put end to end, the halting and shifting of growth addicted systems.
For inspiration, see Bruno Latour’s text. What is your vision for a mode of production that we don’t want to see coming back? And how could we replace it or do without?
